Bu Gizlilik Politikası; Olea'nın ("biz", "Uygulama") hangi verileri, neden topladığını ve tercihlerinizi açıklar. Uygulamadaki KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'ni tamamlar; örtüştükleri yerde ikisi de aynı işlemeyi anlatır.

1. Kim olduğumuz

Burada açıklanan kişisel verilerin veri sorumlusu Olea'dır. Bize doğrudan hello@theoleaapp.com adresinden ya da App Store listemizdeki destek bilgileri üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

2. Neleri topluyoruz

• Hesap: Apple veya Google ile Giriş'ten gelen e-posta adresiniz ve adınız ile oluşturduğumuz bir hesap kimliği. Parola toplamıyoruz ve telefon numaranızı istemiyoruz.
• Profil: görünen ad, doğum tarihi (başkalarına yalnızca yaşınız gösterilir, doğum tarihiniz asla gösterilmez), cinsiyet, kısa biyografi, tanışma niyeti (romantik, arkadaşlık, profesyonel, sohbet), ilgi alanları ve eklerseniz meslek, boy, hedefiniz, tercih ettiğiniz buluşma zamanı, mood etiketleri ile üye değerlendirmesi için isteğe bağlı Instagram kullanıcı adı.
• Yaklaşık konum: cihazınızda yaklaşık 1 km'ye bulanıklaştırılmış kaba bir konum ve şehriniz. Tam GPS konumunuz asla gönderilmez veya saklanmaz ve yalnızca açık rızanızla kullanılır.
• Fotoğraflar: kütüphanenizden seçtiğiniz profil fotoğrafları.
• Doğrulama özçekimi: profilinizi doğrularsanız, yalnızca gerçek bir kişi olduğunuzu teyit etmek için incelenen, kameranızla çekilmiş bir özçekim.
• Eşleşme tercihleri: yaş aralığı, mesafe, cinsiyet, niyet ve bildirim ayarları.
• Davetler ve buluşmalar: gönderdiğiniz veya aldığınız buluşma önerileri (mekân, saat, hesabı kimin ödeyeceği, rezervasyon, isteğe bağlı not) ve onaylanan buluşmalar.
• Mesajlar: bir buluşma onaylandıktan sonra eşleşmenizle yaptığınız sohbet mesajları.
• Güvenlik verileri: yaptığınız engellemeler ve gönderdiğiniz şikayetler (neden ve isteğe bağlı ayrıntı).
• Rıza kayıtları: kabul ettiğiniz hukuki metinlerin ve rızaların, sürüm ve zaman bilgisiyle tutulan kaydı.

3. Verilerinizi nasıl kullanıyoruz

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve güvence altına almak; sizi şehrinizdeki kişilerle eşleştirmek ve davet ile buluşma akışını yürütmek; profilinizi uygun üyelere göstermek; fotoğrafları incelemek ve sahtecilik, taciz ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek; ve hukuki yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için. Temel hizmet için sizinle olan sözleşmemizin ifasına, güvenlik ve sahtecilik önleme için meşru menfaatimize; yaklaşık konum ve kampanya bildirimleri için ise istediğiniz zaman geri çekebileceğiniz açık rızanıza dayanırız.

4. Diğer üyeler neyi görür

Uygun üyeler; görünen adınızı, yaşınızı (doğum tarihinizi değil), şehir düzeyinde bir mesafeyi, biyografinizi, tanışma niyetinizi, ilgi alanlarınızı ve eklediyseniz mesleğinizi, boyunuzu, hedefinizi, tercih ettiğiniz buluşma zamanını ve mood etiketlerinizi, onaylanmış fotoğraflarınızla birlikte görebilir. Tam konumunuzu, doğum tarihinizi, e-postanızı veya iletişim bilgilerinizi asla görmezler.

5. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için güvenilir sağlayıcılar kullanır ve verileri onlarla yalnızca gerektiği ölçüde paylaşırız:

• Supabase — güvenli barındırma, veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, depolama ve gerçek zamanlı mesajlaşma;
• Apple — Apple ile Giriş ve (RevenueCat ile birlikte) aboneliğinizi işleyip yönetmek için (kart bilgilerinizi asla almayız);
• Google — Google ile Giriş ve mekân araması (bir yer aradığınızda, arama metni sonuç döndürmek için Google Places'e gönderilir);
• CARTO — mekân haritası için harita döşemeleri: harita yüklendiğinde cihazınız CARTO'dan harita görüntüleri ister ve CARTO, IP adresinizi ve görüntülediğiniz harita alanını alır (web'de harita kütüphanesi ayrıca herkese açık bir CDN'den yüklenir).

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız; Olea reklam göstermez ve sizi reklam amacıyla başka uygulama veya web sitelerinde izlemeyiz.

6. Depolama ve yurt dışına aktarım

Verileriniz, Türkiye dışında bulunabilen güvenli bulut altyapısında saklanır. Fotoğraflar ve doğrulama özçekimleri, yalnızca yetkili sunucu fonksiyonlarının erişebildiği özel depolamada tutulur ve verilere erişim kullanıcı bazında kısıtlanır.

7. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz

Verilerinizi hesabınız etkin olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz, fotoğraflarınız ve mesajlarınız silinir; güvenlik, hukuki veya muhasebe nedenleriyle gerekli olduğunda sınırlı kayıtları saklayabiliriz.

8. Haklarınız

Verilerinize erişebilir, bunları düzeltebilir, dışa aktarabilir veya silebilir ve rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz. Ayarlar'daki "Verilerimi indir" ve "Hesabımı sil" seçeneklerini kullanın ya da bize ulaşın. KVKK m.11 kapsamında, uygulama içindeki Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklanan haklara da sahipsiniz.

9. Güvenlik

Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir, satır düzeyinde erişim kurallarıyla korunur ve fotoğraflar kısa ömürlü imzalı bağlantılarla sunulur. Hiçbir sistem tam olarak güvenli değildir, ancak bilgilerinizi korumak için çalışırız.

10. Çocuklar

Olea yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. 18 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek veri toplamayız.

11. Değişiklikler

Uygulama değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; önemli bir değişiklik olduğunda sizi Uygulama içinde bilgilendiririz.

Herhangi bir gizlilik sorusu için veya haklarınızı kullanmak için hello@theoleaapp.com adresinden bize doğrudan yazabilir, ya da App Store listemizdeki destek bilgileri üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

Veri Sorumlusu: Olea ("Uygulama"). Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m.10 kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

İşlenen veriler:

• Kimlik ve iletişim: e-posta adresi (Apple/Google ile giriş), görünen ad, doğum tarihi.
• Profil: cinsiyet, niyet (romantik/arkadaşlık/profesyonel/sohbet), biyografi, ilgi alanları, fotoğraflar; isteğe bağlı meslek, boy, hedef, buluşma zamanı, mood etiketleri ve Instagram kullanıcı adı.
• Doğrulama: gerçek kişi teyidi için doğrulama özçekimi.
• Eşleşme ve iletişim: eşleşme tercihleri, gönderdiğiniz/aldığınız buluşma davetleri ve buluşmalar, eşleşmelerinizle yaptığınız sohbet mesajları.
• Güvenlik: engellemeler ve şikayetler.
• Konum: yalnızca yaklaşık (şehir düzeyinde) konum; tam konumunuz saklanmaz.
• Kullanım ve güvenlik kayıtları.

İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepleri:

• Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve kimlik doğrulamak — sözleşmenin kurulması/ifası (m.5/2-c).
• Sizi şehrinizdeki kişilerle eşleştirmek ve buluşma daveti akışını yürütmek — sözleşmenin ifası.
• Sahtecilik, taciz ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek; güvenliği sağlamak — meşru menfaat (m.5/2-f) ve hukuki yükümlülük.

Bu amaçlar açık rıza gerektirmez.

Açık rızaya dayalı (isteğe bağlı) işlemeler ayrı olarak alınır: yaklaşık konum kullanımı ve kampanya bildirimleri. Bunları vermeseniz de Uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz.

Aktarım: Veriler, hizmetin sağlanması için kullanılan altyapı sağlayıcılarına (ör. bulut, veritabanı, depolama, harita, abonelik ve giriş sağlayıcıları) gerekli olduğu ölçüde aktarılır. Bir mekân aradığınızda arama metni, sonuç döndürmek için Google Places'e iletilir. Fotoğraf ve doğrulama özçekimleri, yalnızca yetkili sunucu tarafından erişilebilen özel alanlarda tutulur.

Toplama yöntemi: Veriler, Uygulama üzerinden elektronik ortamda toplanır.

Haklarınız (KVKK m.11): işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme/yok edilmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme. Bu hakları Uygulama içindeki "Verilerimi indir" ve "Hesabımı sil" seçenekleriyle veya bize ulaşarak kullanabilirsiniz.

Olea yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişilere yöneliktir.

This Privacy Policy explains what Olea ("we", "the App") collects, why, and your choices. It complements the KVKK Privacy Notice (Aydınlatma Metni) in the App; where they overlap, both describe the same processing.

1. Who we are

Olea is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us directly at hello@theoleaapp.com, or through the support details in our App Store listing.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address and name from Sign in with Apple or Google, plus an account ID we generate. We do not collect a password, and we do not ask for your phone number.
• Profile: display name, date of birth (we show only your age to others, never your birth date), gender, a short bio, connection intent (romance, friendship, networking, conversation), interests, and — if you add them — occupation, height, your goal, preferred meeting time, mood stickers, and an optional Instagram handle used for member vetting.
• Approximate location: a coarse location blurred to about 1 km on your device, and your city. Your exact GPS location is never sent or stored, and it is used only with your explicit consent.
• Photos: profile photos you choose from your library.
• Verification selfie: if you verify your profile, a selfie taken with your camera, reviewed only to confirm you are a real person.
• Matching preferences: age range, distance, gender, intent, and notification settings.
• Invitations and meetings: the date proposals you send or receive (venue, time, who pays, reservation, an optional note) and confirmed meetings.
• Messages: the chat messages you exchange with a match after a meeting is confirmed.
• Safety data: blocks you make and reports you submit (reason and optional detail).
• Consent records: a log of the legal notices and consents you accepted, with the version and time.

3. How we use your data

To create and secure your account; to match you with people in your city and run the invitation and meeting flow; to show your profile to eligible members; to review photos and prevent fraud, harassment, and abuse; and to meet legal obligations. We rely on performance of our contract with you for the core service, our legitimate interest for safety and fraud prevention, and your explicit consent for approximate location and promotional notifications — which you can withdraw at any time.

4. What other members see

Eligible members can see your display name, age (not your birth date), a city-level distance, bio, connection intent, interests, and — if you added them — your occupation, height, goal, preferred meeting time, and mood stickers, along with your approved photos. They never see your exact location, birth date, email, or contact details.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the App and share data with them only as needed:

• Supabase — secure hosting, database, authentication, storage, and realtime messaging;
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, and (together with RevenueCat) processing and managing your subscription (we never receive your card details);
• Google — Sign in with Google, and venue search (when you search for a place, the search text is sent to Google Places to return results);
• CARTO — map tiles for the venue map: when the map loads, your device requests map images from CARTO, which receives your IP address and the map area you are viewing (on the web the map library is additionally loaded from a public CDN).

We do not sell your personal data, Olea shows no ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.

6. Storage and international transfer

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure that may be located outside Türkiye. Photos and verification selfies are kept in private storage reachable only by authorised server functions, and access to data is restricted per user.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, and messages are deleted; we may retain limited records where required for safety, legal, or accounting reasons.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Use "Export my data" and "Delete my account" in Settings, or contact us. Under KVKK Article 11 you also have the rights described in the in-app Privacy Notice.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, protected by row-level access rules, and photos are served through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Children

Olea is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the App changes; we will notify you in the App of any material change.

Data Controller: Olea ("the App"). This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).

Data we process:

• Identity & contact: email address (from Apple/Google sign-in), display name, date of birth.
• Profile: gender, intent (romance/friendship/networking/conversation), bio, interests, photos; optional occupation, height, goal, meeting time, mood stickers, and Instagram handle.
• Verification: a verification selfie to confirm you are a real person.
• Matching & communication: matching preferences, date invitations you send/receive and confirmed meetings, and chat messages with your matches.
• Safety: blocks and reports.
• Location: approximate (city-level) only; your exact location is never stored.
• Usage and safety logs.

Purposes and legal bases:

• Create your account and authenticate you — performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
• Match you with people in your city and run the date-invitation flow — performance of a contract.
• Prevent fraud, harassment and abuse; keep the service safe — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and legal obligation.

These purposes do not require explicit consent.

Consent-based (optional) processing is collected separately: use of approximate location and promotional notifications. You can use the App without granting them.

Transfers: Data is shared with infrastructure providers used to deliver the service (e.g. cloud, database, storage, map, subscription and sign-in providers) only as necessary. When you search for a venue, the search text is sent to Google Places to return results. Photos and verification selfies are kept in private areas accessible only to authorized server functions.

Collection method: Data is collected electronically through the App.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11): to learn whether your data is processed, request information, rectification, erasure/destruction, object to processing, and seek compensation. Exercise these via the in-app "Export my data" and "Delete my account" options or by contacting us.

Olea is for people aged 18 and over only.
