1. Olea ve bu koşullar hakkında

Olea; 18 yaş ve üzeri kişilerin, belirli bir mekân ve saat için somut buluşma önerileri (davet) gönderip kabul ederek tanışmasına yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bir hesap oluşturarak veya Olea'yı kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Uygunluk

En az 18 yaşında ve bu sözleşmeyi yapmaya hukuken ehil olmalısınız. Yalnızca bir hesabınız olabilir ve verdiğiniz bilgiler doğru ve size ait olmalıdır. Olea bir tanışma hizmetidir; geçmiş/sabıka araştırması yapan bir hizmet değildir ve üyelerin adli geçmişini doğrulamaz.

3. Hesabınız

Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparsınız. Hesabınızdaki etkinlikten ve cihazınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Başkasının kimliğine bürünmeyin, hesabınızı paylaşmayın ve başkası adına hesap açmayın.

4. Topluluk kuralları

Olea'yı güvenli tutmak için şunları yapmayacağınızı kabul edersiniz:

• başkalarını taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, aldatmak veya kötüye kullanmak;
• nefret içeren, şiddet içeren, müstehcen veya başka türlü hukuka aykırı içerik paylaşmak;
• kimliğinizi, yaşınızı veya niyetinizi yanlış tanıtmak;
• para talep etmek, reklam yapmak, spam göndermek veya Olea'yı ticari amaçla kullanmak;
• diğer üyelerin verilerini toplamak veya bot, veri kazıyıcı ya da otomatik erişim kullanmak;
• paylaşma hakkına sahip olmadığınız içerikleri paylaşmak.

5. İçerikleriniz

Eklediğiniz fotoğraf ve metinlerin sahipliği sizde kalır. Uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için bu içeriği barındırmak, göstermek ve denetlemek üzere Olea'ya sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz. Fotoğraflar ve profiller incelenebilir; bu koşulları ihlal eden içerikler kaldırılabilir. Doğrulama özçekimleri yalnızca gerçek bir kişi olduğunuzu teyit etmek için kullanılır.

6. Buluşmalar ve güvenlik

Olea yalnızca buluşma ayarlamanıza yardımcı olur — buluşmalar gerçek dünyada ve sizin sorumluluğunuzda gerçekleşir. Halka açık yerlerde buluşun, planlarınızı birine söyleyin ve uygulama içindeki güvenlik önerilerine uyun. Olea, hiçbir üyenin çevrimiçi veya yüz yüze davranışından sorumlu değildir.

7. Abonelikler ve ödeme

Bazı özellikler, otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak satılan ve Apple App Store hesabınız üzerinden faturalandırılan ücretli bir üyelik gerektirir. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz sürece aynı süre için otomatik yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetir veya iptal edersiniz; Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Fiyatlar, satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir. İadeler, Olea tarafından değil, App Store koşulları kapsamında Apple tarafından yönetilir.

8. Şikayet ve yaptırım

Uygulama içinden herhangi bir üyeyi şikayet edebilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikayet edilen içerikleri inceleyebilir; bu koşulları ihlal eden veya başkalarını riske atan hesapları uyarabilir, askıya alabilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatabiliriz — güvenlik için gerekli olduğunda önceden bildirimde bulunmadan.

9. Üyeliğinizi sonlandırma

Olea'yı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar'dan ("Hesabımı sil") silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları veya yasayı ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Ücretli abonelik, yukarıda açıklandığı gibi App Store üzerinden iptal edilir.

10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Olea "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Bir eşleşme bulacağınızı ya da herhangi bir buluşmanın gerçekleşeceğini veya beklentilerinizi karşılayacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Olea üyelerin davranışından veya Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı ya da netice kabilinden zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, emredici tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

11. Değişiklikler

Uygulama geliştikçe bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak Uygulama içinde sizi bilgilendiririz. Güncelleme sonrası Olea'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

12. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İkamet ettiğiniz ülkedeki emredici tüketici koruma hakları saklıdır.

1. About Olea and these terms

Olea is a mobile application that helps people aged 18 and over meet by sending and accepting concrete date proposals — an invitation to a specific venue at a specific time. By creating an account or using Olea, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may hold only one account, and the information you provide must be accurate and about you. Olea is an introductions service, not a background-checking service, and does not verify the criminal history of members.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Do not impersonate anyone, share your account, or create an account on someone else's behalf.

4. Community rules

To keep Olea safe, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, deceive, or abuse other people;
• post hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful content;
• misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions;
• solicit money, advertise, spam, or use Olea for any commercial purpose;
• collect other members' data, or use bots, scrapers, or automated access;
• share content you do not have the right to share.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant Olea a limited licence to host, display, and moderate that content so the App can work. Photos and profiles may be reviewed, and anything that breaks these terms may be removed. Verification selfies are used only to confirm you are a real person.

6. Meetings and safety

Olea only helps you arrange to meet — meetings happen in the real world and are your own responsibility. Meet in public places, tell someone your plans, and follow the in-app safety guidance. Olea is not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or in person.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid membership sold as an auto-renewable subscription and billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the App does not cancel it. Prices are shown in the App before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by Olea.

8. Reporting and enforcement

You can report or block any member from within the App. We may review reported content and may warn, suspend, or permanently close accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk — without prior notice where necessary for safety.

9. Ending your membership

You may stop using Olea and delete your account at any time from Settings ("Delete my account"). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or the law. A paid subscription is cancelled through the App Store, as described above.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Olea is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that any meeting will take place or meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olea is not liable for the conduct of members or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the App evolves. If we make a material change, we will let you know in the App. Continuing to use Olea after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
